Questions for Stephen
- Is the sequence of the J45017 reverse primer correct? It seems quite short.
- A: I think I checked both the tube and the wiki, but I can doublecheck tomorrow.

- BBa_J45900 needs to be entered into the Registry
- <bbpart>BBa_J45992</bbpart> and <bbpart>BBa_J45994</bbpart> need to be submitted to the Registry. Or at least the GFP versions do.
- Does <bbpart>BBa_J45017</bbpart> still have the PstI site or has it been mutated out? If it has been mutated out, then the Registry needs to be updated.
