Questions for Stephen
- Is the sequence of the J45017 reverse primer correct? It seems quite short.
- A: I think I checked both the tube and the wiki, but I can doublecheck tomorrow.
- Did you use the Knight or Endy site directed mutagenesis protocol? (http://openwetware.org/wiki/IGEM:MIT/2006/Notebook/2006-8-10#Mutagenesis says Knight but you told me Endy)
