Questions for Stephen

  1. Did we do the wintergreen timecourses using the exact same protocol as the banana timecourses? We need to rewrite the methods section on this.
  2. I can't find the lane order for the protein gels. I've uploaded the gel pictures to the relevant days ... IGEM:MIT/2006/Notebook/2007-7-16 and IGEM:MIT/2006/Notebook/2007-8-2. Is there any way to figure out which lane is which?

A: The only way I can think of is if I have some of the photos with the lanes labeled (handwritten) around the lab bench. I'll look for them tomorrow.

  • Make sure J45900 gets into registry
  • Get new figure from Barry
  • Get supplementary information from Barry
  • Submit sequences to Genbank
