  2. Cleared lysate
  3. Flow through (after column binding)
  4. Flow through (after column binding, second time)
  5. Wash 1

  7. Eluted protein
  8. Cleared lysate from cells not expressing a His-tagged protein
  9. Flow through (after column binding, second time) from cells not expressing a His-tagged protein
  10. Wash 2 from cells not expressing a His-tagged protein
