Based on information from the Hu lab blog I discoverd there was new software available for the nanodrop. I've installed the new software for the Endy nanodrop but you can also use the old version (3.0.0) in case the new version proves to be "buggy". It looks like you can now use the nanodrop to measure levels of certain dyes.
