I noticed that your main page has the table of contents that mediawiki automatically generates.  If you want to make it invisible, you can simply add the tag <nowiki>__NOTOC__</nowiki> anywhere within the page and it will go away.  --[[User:Stewarta|Stewarta]] 17:19, 18 December 2006 (EST)

Discussion concerning the Richard Lab (bioprocessing Lab at PSU):

notice about editing the Richard Lab website

(by Hala)

  • when you change the title of a page you effectively create a new page, and you must move the old content to a new page. Otherwise you would be deleting an entire section that another editor wrote.
  • we must keep the format uniform. For example, do not use bullets and numbered lists, just one or the other.
  • you may always add new material, make minor edits, but do not delete content OR CHANGE/CREATE TITLES OF NEW PAGES. Using the wrong title format causes problems with other labs on openwetware. If you disagree with a content or title bring it up in the discussion: the lab manager will take the final decision, after discussion.

Wanna get rid of that table of contents?

I noticed that your main page has the table of contents that mediawiki automatically generates. If you want to make it invisible, you can simply add the tag __NOTOC__ anywhere within the page and it will go away. --Stewarta 17:19, 18 December 2006 (EST)
