Shaking at which stage exactly? And I don't think there is an interdependency between transformation efficiency, antibiotic and ''shaking''... (damn I forgot how to change indentation) --[[User:Mathias Klode|Mathias Klode]] 07:23, 28 April 2009 (EDT)

Amount of plasmid DNA used

I have a few suggestions:

  • the amount of plasmid used should better be posted in µg. Are there any recommendations for the exact amount?
  • There are a lot of abbreviations (TSS) used. maybe this should be clarified as well.
