Amount of plasmid DNA used
I have a few suggestions:
- the amount of plasmid used should better be posted in µg. Are there any recommendations for the exact amount?
- There are a lot of abbreviations (TSS) used. maybe this should be clarified as well.

Troubleshooting
In my hands, shaking can reduce the transformation efficiency, specially for Ampicillin resistance.
