 First, We constructed shrunk DNA origami and the result is shown in Fig. 7 (a). As you can see, shrunk DNA origami was successfully constructed. Most Origamis are shrunk by 15 nm as compared to original DNA origami (Fig. 7 (b)) by blunt-end π–π stacking interactions within a molecule.

Shrunk DNA origami
