 Second, we prepared cyclops DNA Origami. Cyclops DNA Origami isn't using staple strands in middle of Smiley DNA origami. We shown Fig.?? to the result of AFM observation. This result show that the one-eyed smiley“Cyclops”was prepared. As expected, smiley DNA Origami was shrunk by blunt-end π–π stacking interactions within a molecule. Farther, we added staple strands of middle of Smiley DNA origami. In the result, cyclops DNA origami transformed the smiley DNA origami.

Shrunk DNA origami

 First, We constructed shrunk DNA origami and the result is shown in Fig. 7 (a). As you can see, shrunk DNA origami was successfully constructed. Most Origamis are shrunk by 9 nm as compared to original DNA origami (Fig. 7 (b)) by blunt-end π–π stacking interactions within a molecule.
