Silver Biomineralization Assay
Here we present an assay to determine whether the AG4 Silver binding peptide is present in the outer membrane of E.coli.
Materials
Procedure
- Grow the cells
- Wash with PBS
- Wash with silver nitrate
- Look for colour change
