Protocol for Running the mgfp assay:

1. spin down 1ml of cells
2. resuspend in a certain amount of volume
3. add the liquid onto plastic or glass
4. let it incubate for 20minutes
5. wash with salt water (2x)
6. add coomassie for about 2min
7. wash twice 
8. allow dry and view under optical microscope
