Housed within the Department of Biology at the University of Missouri-St. Louis, the UMSL Genomics Core provides next-generation sequencing capacity for a variety of research projects. Our resources include an Illumina MiSeq, Agilent BioAnalyzer, Life Tech Qubit, and all the necessary equipment to prepare next-gen sequencing libraries.
