BE UG Board Meeting

Student Center Coffeehouse
7:30pm
- Counselor Applications will be sent out tonight
- Need to do more FPOP planning
- Yuan – talking to Cathy on Monday about budget and will be talking to Dan about the Consulting event (BE-BMES would be interested in co-hosting)
- Consulting event will be March 7
- Need to find room/place for consulting event
- Think about co-hosting more events with BE-BMES in the future
- Should set up a CPW booth
- Futon for lounge– maximum $250
