BE UG Board Meeting
2-25-11
Student Center Coffeehouse
7:30pm

  1. Counselor Applications will be sent out tonight
    • Need to do more FPOP planning
  2. Yuan – talking to Cathy on Monday about budget and will be talking to Dan about the Consulting event (BE-BMES would be interested in co-hosting)
    • Consulting event will be March 7
    • Need to find room/place for consulting event
  3. Think about co-hosting more events with BE-BMES in the future
  4. Should set up a CPW booth
  5. Futon for lounge– maximum $250
