Objective

  • make media for LB plates

Bench Work

  • needed 500mL of dH2O, 12.5 g of LB media and 15 g of agar.
  • weight out 11.6 g of agar, 12.9 g of LB media and added 510 mL of distilled water.
  • autoclaved on liquid cycle

Notes

  • will be used in lab,after adding kynamycin for growing cells transformed with mutated ADA plasmids.
