Objective

  • Procedure was followed as dictated by Professor Hartings HERE.
  • Only the section about synthesizing Lysozyme AuNP and new Myoglobin AuNP that are at different ratios was followed.

Procedure

  • AuNP's were made as dictated below.

  • The solutions were mixed and were heated for 4 hours at 80 degrees celsius.
  • All measurements were made using micropipettes and 10 ml volumetric flasks.
