Objective

  • Add the following variables to the 30:1 lysozyme-AuNPs synthesized without salts: NaCl, KCl, MgCl2, CaCl2, 2,2 bipyridine, MES, citric acid.

Procedure

Preparing Samples for Atomic Absorption
