4 repeat telomeric DNA samples:
There was only a trend of increasing intensity with increasing concentration of DNA seen in the 1.5μM, 3.0μM, and 3.5μM samples. The 2.0μM and 2.5μM samples were very much out of order. Next step is to plot intensity at max peak vs concentration.

4 repeat telomeric DNA samples:
