FCS Measurements

The following samples were observed:

1) 10,000x dilluted green beads

2) 500pM antigen w/ Alexa 532

3) 100pM antigen w/ Alexa 532

4) 100nM DNA + 120nM MB

Preparation of 1M DTT stock solution

5mL 1M DTT

MW= 154.25g/mol

154.25 g/mol x 1mol/L x 1L/1000mL x 5mL = 0.77125g in 5mL
