Modelling for the iGEM 2010

  • We need expose our work with our advisors, so, we decided to divide the work in four, so my duty was search all the equations aund subequations involved in the production of the Red light.
  • I found that the change of the form enol (instable) of the production of D-luciferin trouhg the isomeric change enhanced toruch luciferase, was extremely efficent.
