* Here I will be adding my bitacore for the modelling of the lights systems.
===Using Matlab===
* In our first class of modelling with matlab, with an instructor of the previous Igem, I tried to understand the degradation mechanism of OmpR phosphorylated.
* I cant see, how can be the same function Y<sub>t</sub> = Y<sub>t-1</sub> * (1 - α)  and  Y = Y<sub>0</sub>*e<sup>-α*t</sup>
* I got the feeling that is the same because the ln(1 + x) is like to ln(x).

Modelling for the iGEM 2010

Using Matlab

  • In our first class of modelling with matlab, with an instructor of the previous Igem, I tried to understand the degradation mechanism of OmpR phosphorylated.
  • I cant see, how can be the same function Yt = Yt-1 * (1 - α) and Y = Y0*e-α*t
  • I got the feeling that is the same because the ln(1 + x) is like to ln(x).
