What I did today

  • Learned and practiced technique for RNA extraction and analysis
  • Conducted RNA extraction and analysis on dGLN3 at T0 T15 T30 T60 T90 T120
  • Stored RNA samples in -80°C in box labeled Andrew Herman
  • Made observations on Growth Experiments of dSWI4 a/b at 15°C on day 6
