What I did today

  • Purified and analyzed aRNA for samples of strain of interest
  • Ran a gel to verify the presence of aRNA in the samples
  • Conducted a cold shock experiment on flask 2 and 3 of the strains of interest
  • Made liquid YEPD for cold shock experiment next week
