Objective

Today we are going to be making HRP-AuNPs for enzymatic studies.
Concentration of gold is 2.94 mM, and concentration of HRP is 16.27 uM.Four test tubes are used with 0.85 mL of gold in each and 5.1 mL, 2.56 mL, 1.7 mL, and 1.28 mL of HRP respectively.
