Today, 20 ml of KCl, Mb, and Phosphate buffer solution was prepared
 
*We used 0.0025 mol of acid component (monobasic phosphate) and 0.0024 mol basic component (dibasic phosphate) and 500 ml of water, then used 20 ml of that
*We added 5 mg of Mb and 500 mg of KCl
*We then flash froze the solution in liquid nitrogen, and lyophilized it

Preparing KCl, Mb, in pH7 Phosphate buffer solution

Today, 20 ml of KCl, Mb, and Phosphate buffer solution was prepared

  • We used 0.0025 mol of acid component (monobasic phosphate) and 0.0024 mol basic component (dibasic phosphate) and 500 ml of water, then used 20 ml of that
  • We added 5 mg of Mb and 500 mg of KCl
  • We then flash froze the solution in liquid nitrogen, and lyophilized it
