To do

  • Autoclave some 200 µL tubes and some pipette tips.
  • Polymerize microtubules.
  • Reconstitute the new lipids.
  • Make sure motility is working.
  • Prepare lipid glass samples.

Lipid comparisons

  • Obtaining data with the lipids I have and comparing them.
