19:05, 14 November 2009 (EST): In the Kinesin cycle part you say, "we do know that the rear motor will not swing forward until an ATP binds to the front motor." This isn't a known yet. Block's last paper said that the head can't bind without ATP in the bound head. I am not sure if you found a paper that i didn't see or i am mixed up on it but i am still under the assumption that the head step is still debated if it is tied to ATP binding or not. This is nit picking i know.
