I am currently working in Professor Leonard Guarente's Lab identifying the cause of Parkinson's disease in mice through dissection and analysis of brain tissue, immunohistochemistry of mice brains, histology, immunoprecipitations, western blots, RNA purification, and PCR/qPCR.
