I took 7.391 (Introduction to Molecular Biology Techniques) during IAP 2009, where I learned the techniques mentioned above. I have also been working in a Course 5 lab since IAP 2009, doing x-ray crystallography. I am familiar with protein expression and purification techniques, as well as variety of crystallographic techniques.
