/Simultaneous Digestion Gel and Transformation

Yesterday I did the ligation of my previous ligation, and I also ran another digestion using Mary Ann's opinion.

Notebook Upkeep

It sucks.

Of course I am talking about my notebook 1.0. I usually am pretty neat and clean when it comes to things... but for the notebook I could care less. Every time Kelly gives me some image I just throw it all on my desk. I figure I put so much into making my online open notebook so good, what do I care about my desk one, especially when I have a printout of the online one.

Although I have this fear of Mary Ann seeing it because it is just sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo bad. She made that snicker the first time I mentioned the online one so you can see where I am coming from. It also doesn't help that everyone else keeps a nice notebook. I'm competitive and I want to have a better one. Technically I do, but not in print form. Steve Koch 18:32, 18 March 2009 (EDT): One thing to do is to get some office supplies from the CHTM (and online anything we don't have) to make it as easy as possible to do your notebook. Things like tape, glue sticks, sweet pens, and hmmm...scrap-booking scissors?
