I have done a little cell culture with Hec 293T cells.
Do you have any experience in molecular biology (electrophoresis, PCR, etc)?
I have run one PCR, but it was over a year ago. I have a little experience with electrophoresis.
Please briefly describe any previous laboratory experience
I worked in a physiology lab for a year and I also spent last summer at an internship in an industrial biological research lab.

I transferred last semester, so this is my second semester at MIT.
