Task

  • Make dilution of HCL stock solution and Glycine stock solution (made last class)
  • Record conductivity and pH solutions
  • Make a pH and conductivity curve
  • Prepare and run SDS-PAGE Running-Buffer
  • Analyze dialyzed solutions from yesterday

Dilutions

  • Made 8 dilutions in 14 mL Falcon tubes using the volumes of stock solution and water. For each stock solution
  • Diluted ×2, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 500.
