WT Response Profiles Over Time

30 second switching

  • OD = 0.301
  • 3 hour time course, images taken every 1:30 minutes in order to catch all the rhodamine switching
  • Started 1:00 pm
    • Cells all left again, no idea why. Going to try 15 mins conA incubation next time

30 second switching try again

  • OD = 0.327
  • 3 hour time course, images taken every 1:30 minutes in order to catch all the rhodamine switching
  • Started 5:00 pm
    • also lost most of the cells

300 second switching try again

  • OD = 0.310
  • 3 hour time course, images taken every 1:30 minutes in order to catch all the rhodamine switching
  • Started 8:30 pm
