Average ForceAfter an indexing error, and the smoothing issues, I have a new number for the average force on a single ferritin protein in the flow cell. The calculated average force I have is now 0.2328 fN, and the range over the flow cell goes from 0.2676 fN to ~0.20 fN per ferritin.
