Oscilloscope

oscilloscope: Tektronix TDS 1002 Function generator: BK Precision 4017A 10 MHz Sweep/Function Generator

Couldn't measure a sine bellow 3V. high DC offset: 1/2 turns to the right

Triggering

The set up is on the left side of the oscilloscope, and pressing the "TRIG MENU" button will pull up the menu on the right side of the display with the options of type, source, slope, mode and coupling. Ours was set on edge, ch1, falling, auto and dc.

AC Coupling

Here is the link to a fantastic website: [[1]]. Kirsten's E-mail: kharrig1@unm.edu

AC coupling: v(x)=V1sin(x)

DC coupling: v(x)=V1sin(x)+V2

11 hz

8.56 V

Square wave

Fall Time 37.1 ms from measure

from cursor:

V1= 7.20 V

V2= 4.00 V

T1= -35.20 ms

T2= -21.20 ms

[math]\displaystyle{ V(t) = V_0 e^ { \frac {-t} {\tau}} \, }[/math]
