Hallo!<br>I've been a postdoc in the [[Silver Lab]] since March 2005 working in the area of yeast synthetic biology. I've worked with Dirk and [[Ira Phillips|Ira]] on constructing a cell-cycle counter in S. cerevisiae. More recently I've focused my efforts on creating and characterizing transcripton factors and transcriptional networks. You can find a more detailed description of my research interests on [http://www.ajofranklin.com my website].

Hallo!
I'm a staff scientist and PI at the Molecular Foundry at Lawrence Berkeley National Lab. I moved to LBL in June 2007 after a relatively short but enjoyable postdoct in the Silver Lab. At the Molecular Foundry, my internal research focuses on creating hybrid living/non-living systems. In addition to our unofficial page on Openwetware, you can find more information about us & the Molecular Foundry here.
