Entry title

Objective

Learn how to maintain an OpenWetWare Notebook.

Description

  1. Add 750uL pink solution to 750ul 1M Tris Buffer pH7.5 in two centrifuge tubes
  2. Place one sample in fridge
  3. Place one sample in heat block at 80C
  4. Take UV-Vis spectra of each of these solutions every half hour from 400-750nm.
