Objective

  1. Run UV-Vis with inhibitor concentration 13 uM over all calculated Adenosine solution concentrations
  2. Run UV-Vis with inhibitor concentration 26 uM over all calculated Adenosine solution concentrations
  3. Plot Lineweaver-Burke Plots of Trials and compare trendlines of different concentrations of the inhibitor
