I work in the Physics 307 Lab at the University of New Mexico. I learned about OpenWetWare from Dr. Steve Koch, and I've joined it in order to participate in this course

Education

  • High School graduate from Eldorado High School in Albuquerque, NM
  • I am pursuing a double major in Applied Math (B.S.) and Physics (B.S.) and plan to graduate in 2012.

Research Interests

I plan on going to grad school and I am still deciding on doing research in either Particle Physics or Aerospace Engineering. I am currently doing Particle Physics research for Sally Seidel here at the University of New Mexico. We do research for CERN's ATLAS detector. Here is a link to The ATLAS Experiment website.

Other Stuff

  • Quote from Albert Einstein about God. "“We are in the position of a little child entering a huge library filled with books in many languages. The child knows someone must have written those books. It does not know how. It does not understand the languages in which they are written. The child dimly suspects a mysterious order in the arrangement of the books but doesn’t know what it is. That, it seems to me, is the attitude of even the most intelligent human being toward God. We see the universe marvelously arranged and obeying certain laws but only dimly understand these laws.”
