I work in the [BioPharma Engineering lab] at Tianjin University. I learned about OpenWetWare from search on the net of my interested topics, and I've joined because I'm very insterested in one of openwetware' report-'Recombineering-Lambda red-mediated gene replacement ', besides, there is a slight mistake in that report(or protocol), so I just want to talk. .
