7.05/5.07 (Biochemistry) Have taken 7.05.
7.06 (Cell Biology) Currently Taking
7.02 (General Biology Lab) Have not taken.

Do you have any experience culturing cells (mammalian, yeast or microbial)?
Some experience with mammalian cell culture (primarily human cancer cell lines), as well as some bacterial cell cultures. Do you have any experience in molecular biology (electrophoresis, PCR, etc)?
Yes. Experience with PCR, electrophoresis, and Western blots and transfers.

Please briefly describe any previous laboratory experience

I have UROPed in the Guarente lab since last IAP (January 2009). I have worked a bit with human cancer cell lines in cell culture, as well as with some bacterial cells, though my experience is primarily in working with mice. I've also had some experience in molecular biology, primarily with running PCR reactions, gel electrophoresis, Western blots and transfers, and IF staining.

Anything else you would like us to know?

Nope :)
