Procedure

More dopamine coated AuNPs were synthesized following the same procedure. After one hour of mixing nano particles with dopamine, the solution was placed in a centrifuge for 3hours in order to stop the reaction.

  1. 4mL samples were prepared for protein coated nano particles using posy dopamine coated AuNps
  2. 3.96mL of dopamine coated AuNP solution was added to 40uL of the protein solution
  3. The solutions were placed in the fridge until ready for testing
