Hi, my name is Dan Tarjan, and I'm currently a PhD student at the Harvard Medical School. In the summer of 2013 I joined the lab of Brad Bernstein.

From 2010 to 2012 I was a Research Associate at LBNL in Adam Arkin's lab.

I received my BS in Biology from the University of Virginia. I was the Team Leader of the VGEM Team, UVA's undergraduate synthetic biology research team. I led a Biological Systems Design Seminar in 2009 and again in 2010 teaching the concepts of synbio to undergraduates at UVA.
