General

  • The Kinetic Analysis paper gives some useful ecuations about the change of luciferin (cytosolic and no-cytosolic), in the paper a mouse model is used.
    • The diffusion depends on the membrane's diameter. At the end they conclude that the difussion rate as no considerable effect in the total ecuation.
