Millikan Lab Summary

Purpose
To reproduce a measurement of the charge of an electron
Procedure
It was not actually that difficult to observe a change in the charge once we were familiar with the apparatus.
Calculations
Methods for calculating the charge are well documented in the apparatus manual pages 2 and 9. These techniques were used without modification.
Atmospheric pressure data was aquired once per day
Viscosity of air was calculated with the help of an online viscosity calculator
