==First observation on cell growth for dilution sequence==

-
Well No.(approx. avg. cell count): Obervations

-
1(1e6): Continuos structure with a reticular structure base on star like extensions of the cells. No distinct colonies. Close to the edge of the well, but not exactly at the edge the cells form a very dense ring enclosing the whole plate.

-

-
2(2e5): Continuos structure with a reticular structure base on star like extensions of the cells. No distinct colonies. Less dene then well number one. Same ring structure with high cell density.

-

-
3(4e4): Uniformly distributed individual cells, only few connections between cells. No distinct colonies. More dense ring structure close to the edge, these cells have a lot of connections.

-

-
4(8e3): Uniformly distributed individual cells, far apart, no connections. Some distinct cell clusters with <10 cells.

-

-
5(1.6e3): Uniformly distributed individual cells, far apart, no connections. Only very few visible clusters of cells with <10 cells.

-

-
6(320): Uniformly distributed individual cells, far apart, no connections. No visible clusters.

-

-
7(64): No visible cell found.

-

-
8(12): No visible cell found.

-

-
9(~2): No visible cell found.

-

-
10(<1): No visible cell found.
