The Daily Grind

  • Got my soil import permit, so going to book a flight for October 3rd or so.
  • All bacteria had grown some, so I put the 3 day old plates in the 4 degree for assays tommorow. Put nitrocellulose on tryp plates. Made cultures for antiobiosis tests
  • Tommorow will also test LGI, LGI + ACC, and R2A + glucose for acetoin production (they'll be 5 day old by tommorow). Will use 96 well OD600 for test.
