The Daily Grind

  • Photographing second seed generation plates and doing colony PCR on them (colonies I identify on plates) to ID isolates (inheritance study)
  • Doing soil endophyte sequencing PCR at the same time too. Using 27F and 1492rm
  • Electroporating O/N of endophytes with Arabad::GFP
  • Retransforming Arabad::ACC::Term into E. coli
  • Getting Sarah to make more PCNM tubes since new caps arrived today
