  • The ACC deaminase assay didn't work (M9 media plus ACC as nitrogen source). OD600 values were 0.38,0.19,0.46 for Arabad::GFP in pDRIVE, OD600 values were 0.66,0.42,0.18 for Lac::ACC, and 0.428,0.174,0.48 for Arabad::ACCdeaminase
